I graduated from Old Dominion University, in Norfolk, VA, with a Master’s Degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling in August 2016. I am currently working towards full licensure in the state of Indiana.

I have worked with a wide-range of individuals from various backgrounds. One of my foremost areas of interest is working with individuals who have experienced trauma, particularly sexual trauma.

Using evidenced-based treatment options, such as, EMDR, I have helped individuals work through traumatic life experiences. I enjoy working from a past-oriented, relational dynamic perspective to aid individuals in reaching their goals and working through issues. I also enjoy working with individual’s struggling with addictions and substance abuse, as these issues often accompany other mental health concerns. Other areas of interest include working with those within the LGBTQ+ community, personality disorders, relationship concerns, as well as, anxiety and depression issues.

Ashley visits clients in our Valparaiso, IN office and accepts Medicaid and Self-Pay.
