Micki is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with more than 25 years of clinical experience working with individuals, youth, and families. Micki earned her MSW from Indiana University’s School of Social Work in 1989.
Micki integrates cognitive-behavioral and solution-focused therapeutic interventions in a culturally proficient treatment approach with variety of client populations. Micki specializes in Social Work and Clinical Social Work.
She has held various administrative positions and consults in the Michigan City Area School System. She has authored various grants that have addressed some of the needs of Michigan City as well as greater LaPorte County. She has lectured on the state and national level on alternative education, safe school initiatives, and meditation. She is a past director of LaPorte County Drug Free Partnership and in 2014 was recognized as the treatment provider of the year. She is also credentialed as a Master Addiction Counselor.
