In offering mental health services, we turn no person away. When the frantic calls for our services arrive, our number one goal is to see the patient as soon as possible. Often times, our clients are under the impression that they have insurance benefits. Upon receiving their denial, we determine that indeed there are no benefits. Due to the nature of our business, it is often impractical to verify benefits prior to their initial visits. Sadly, their lack of benefits present similar challenges which in fact have led them to our services. They are truly unaware they are not under any type of coverage. Your consideration of this request is sincerely appreciated by the Center and the clients we serve in our communities.
